The Greater Mekong Subregion Business Forum in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and supported by Saigon Invest Group, TNT Express Worldwide N.V , Oxiana/Lane Xang Minerals Limited, China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd, Export-Import Bank of Thailand, Lao Brewery Company Limited, Beijing Xinwei Telecom Technology Inc, Electrical Construction and Installation State Enterprise and Holley Worldwide Holding Co., Ltd organized the Business and Investment Dialogue (BID) on 30 March 2008 had been held in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), as a component event of the Third Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Leader's Summit.
