Introducing the new Antivirus Program

Let's straight to the point. The name is CMC Internet Security

CMC Internet Security is a Vietnamese antivirus program, based on wellknown opensource ClamWin virus definition library. It has a realtime scanner, detection again a lot of trojan, virus, backdoor, worm, rootkit... and the virus library is improved everyday. Opensource? No! Free? Yes, but only for End User.

Who?
CMC Internet Security is developed by CMC Information Security, which is lead by Trieu Tran Duc, HVA forum admin and author of the Moon Secure Antivirus, the open-source, ClamWin-based antivirus program, which archived the TTVN first price in 2004.

Why?
Many reasons. Here it is:

1. Huge virus definition database, grow up everyday with the help of the whole world
2. High virus detection with real-time scanner
3. Professional looking GUI
4. Fast, less CPU, RAM usage. A lot of choice that can help you balance between memory usage and computer protection
5. Quickly up to date with (partial) update.
6. Submit virus to the developer
7. Free for end-user
8. Have known who developed it, I think we shouldn't doubt its quality
9. Just because we all hate "bọn ka ve" BKAV

Why not?
Only one: It's still in Open Beta

Compare
Compare to BKAV??? Ha, you're kidding.

Compare to Kaspersky, BitDeffender, Norton...:

* Advantage: Smaller, Faster, Cheaper. And you know what? Larger virus definition database. Why? For those who have used ClamWin should know how large its virus definition database is. And CMC Internet Security inherit all that, and also add a few more viruses to the database.
* Disadvantage: Less stable, worse realtime virus-scan method, less... famous, and... Vietnamese is the default language

Fact
I dont really know, since I don't have much viruses to test

Conclusion
If you've never care about an antivirus program, just skip it.
If you are using "cờ rờ" Kaspersky or BitDeffender, you shouldn't care
If you've spend a lot of money for buying Kaspersky or BitDeffender, well, you should wish that you haven't got this mail
And if you are thinking about having your computer a new antivirus, and/or you love your country, just give it a try. I'm sure that you'll not be disappointed.
